Events of the North are delivering a TRY on the Tyne Duathlon on August 10th – http://tryonthetyne.com/
BTF have asked us to deliver a session for newbies into the sport or those who just want some extra practice before race day, we will help get some confidence with transition and tips on training for the event.
23rd July 1800-2000 hrs
There are 2 x 2 HR sessions within Newcastle at Leazes Park, delivered by us.
Leazes Park – Meet by the bandstand. We may use the flat area around the bandstand, or the elevated rectangular section just up the stairs but these are right next to each other. Parking in Newcastle is free at the Alive after 5 carparks.

Participants to bring:
Race kit (either trisuit or bike/run kit)

- Bike (any bike will do)
- All you need is a pair of trainers
