Swimming
Monday: Coached swim session Elswick Leisure Centre 7:30 – 8:30pm
Wednesday: Coached swim session Elswick Leisure Centre 6:30 – 7:30pm
Friday: Junior club swim session Elswick Leisure Centre 4:30 – 5:30pm
Friday: Coached swim session Elswick Leisure Centre 5:30 – 6:30pm
Saturday: Coached swim session Blyth Sports Centre 5:30 – 6:30pm
NOTE: These are session start times - you need to be ready at poolside!
Juniors: The Junior Swim Club started with coached swim sessions on Friday February 17th; Bike & Run sessions to commence in May 2012, dates/times being negotiated with children/parents.
Open Water: swimming & coaching is delivered through Tri Northumberland during the summer months - details to follow.

Cycling
Sunday: Group Bike Ride(s), Regents Centre, meet at 9:00am
Group A – ride at 16-17mph for 3+ hours
Group B – ride up to 15 mph for between 2-4 hours (this group if for people
new to group riding and those who have yet to master 16/17 mph
Running
Due to the large geographical area Tyne Tri covers and the number of good running clubs in the area, members are presently encouraged to join their local running club.
We are working with TriNorthumberland to run coached Run sessions for Children & Adults @ Bedlington Commmunity School on Saturdays 4:00 - 5:00. For further details please contact Shaun on 07798 925 880.
Transition
We run specialist transition [T1 & T2] coaching sessions on demand for members. The next Transition session is planned to start Monday 30th April 2012 @ 5:30 pm Elswick Park.
