North East Regional Aquathlon Championships

The 2012 Lakeside Aquathlon will be held on 1st April at Killingworth Leisure Centre and this year will be the North East`s Regional Aquathlon Championships.
For Adults this is a 500m pool swim followed by 5km run.
For Children & Juniors the following distances apply:
Tristarts (8years) 50 Metre Swim - 600 Metre Run
Tristar 1 (9/10) 150 Metre Swim - 1500 Metre Run
Tristar 2 (11/12) 250 Metre Swim - 2000 Metre Run
Tristar 3 (13/14) 400 Metre Swim - 3000 Metre Run
Youths (15/16) 450 Metre Swim - 4000 Metre Run
Juniors (17/19) 500 Metre Swim - 5000 Metre Run

The event is suitable for athletes of all levels with entries from first timers to existing Regional Champions.
Entry is via Entry Live for adults and children & juniors
